Chukat: Chizkiyahu and the Copper Snake of Moshe Rabbeinu
Why did Moshe make the snake out of copper - just because it's a play on words (נחש-נחשת)? If Jews were worshipping the copper snake why didn't anyone before Chizkiyahu destroy it?
