Avos 2:14

Rabbi Elazar said that we should be diligent in Torah study, we should know what to reply to a heretic, and know for Whom we work and that our “Boss” can be relied upon to pay us the wages we have earned for our work.

Avos 2:15

Rabbi Tarfon said that the day is short, the job is daunting and the workers are lazy but the salary is huge and our Employer constantly encourages us in our labors.
