A Kohein Gadol may not marry a woman who broke her hymen in an accident or who engaged in “unnatural” relations. If she engaged in (unnatural) relations with an animal, she remains permitted.

Hilchos Issurei Biah 17:15

If Kohein Gadol married a woman who had previously been intimate with someone, he is is not liable to lashes but he must divorce her by giving her a get. If he married a woman over the age of majority or who lost her virginity other than through natural intercourse, they may remain married. If he betrothed a woman who had previously been intimate with someone and was subsequently appointed Kohein Gadol, he may marry her after taking office.
