2,205. The Kohein Gadol's Fiancée

Hilchos Issurei Biah 17:16

If the Kohein Gadol raped or seduced a virgin naarah (“maiden”), he may not marry her. This is so even if the incident occurred while he was still a regular kohein and he was appointed Kohein Gadol before marrying her. If they did marry, he must divorce her.

Hilchos Issurei Biah 17:17

If the Kohein Gadol betroths a minor and she reaches adulthood while betrothed but they didn’t finalize the marriage, he may no longer do so because she has physically changed. If he did marry her, he is not obligated to divorce her.
