The Special Status of Asarah B'Tevet
Unlike the other churban-related fasts, if Asarah B'Tevet were to fall on Shabbos we would fast on Shabbos because it is referred to as עצם היום הזה just like Yom Kippur.
Why does Zechariah refer to the fasts based on the months in which they occur (4th, 5th, 7th, 10th month) and not the day when they occur?
