3,000. Maaser Beheima, Bikkurim and the Half-Shekel
Hilchos Arachin Vacharamin 6:15
If someone proscribes an animal that was selected as animal tithe (maaser beheima), it’s as if he proscribed an animal designated to be brought as a peace offering, i.e., he need not replace it.
Hilchos Arachin Vacharamin 6:16
If someone consecrates his shekel (i.e., the annual half-shekel given to the Temple) for Temple upkeep, it is effectively consecrated. If he consecrates first fruits (bikkurim) for Temple upkeep, it is not consecrated. If a kohein consecrates first fruits after they have come into his possession, they are consecrated.
