(כט) כׇּל־חֵ֗רֶם אֲשֶׁ֧ר יׇחֳרַ֛ם מִן־הָאָדָ֖ם לֹ֣א יִפָּדֶ֑ה מ֖וֹת יוּמָֽת׃ (ל) וְכׇל־מַעְשַׂ֨ר הָאָ֜רֶץ מִזֶּ֤רַע הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ מִפְּרִ֣י הָעֵ֔ץ לַיהֹוָ֖ה ה֑וּא קֹ֖דֶשׁ לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ (לא) וְאִם־גָּאֹ֥ל יִגְאַ֛ל אִ֖ישׁ מִמַּֽעַשְׂר֑וֹ חֲמִשִׁית֖וֹ יֹסֵ֥ף עָלָֽיו׃ (לב) וְכׇל־מַעְשַׂ֤ר בָּקָר֙ וָצֹ֔אן כֹּ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־יַעֲבֹ֖ר תַּ֣חַת הַשָּׁ֑בֶט הָֽעֲשִׂירִ֕י יִֽהְיֶה־קֹּ֖דֶשׁ לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ (לג) לֹ֧א יְבַקֵּ֛ר בֵּֽין־ט֥וֹב לָרַ֖ע וְלֹ֣א יְמִירֶ֑נּוּ וְאִם־הָמֵ֣ר יְמִירֶ֔נּוּ וְהָֽיָה־ה֧וּא וּתְמוּרָת֛וֹ יִֽהְיֶה־קֹּ֖דֶשׁ לֹ֥א יִגָּאֵֽל׃ (לד) אֵ֣לֶּה הַמִּצְוֺ֗ת אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בְּהַ֖ר סִינָֽי׃
(כט) כָּל חֶרְמָא דִּי יִתַּחְרַם מִן אֱנָשָׁא לָא יִתְפָּרָק אִתְקְטָלָא יִתְקְטֵל: (ל) וְכָל מַעְשְׂרָא דְאַרְעָא מִזַּרְעָא דְאַרְעָא מִפֵּרֵי אִילָנָא דַּיְיָ הוּא קוּדְשָׁא קֳדָם יְיָ: (לא) וְאִם מִפְרַק יִפְרוֹק גְּבַר מִמַּעַשְׂרֵיהּ חֻמְשֵׁיהּ יוֹסֵף עֲלוֹהִי: (לב) וְכָל מַעֲשַׂר תּוֹרִין וְעָן כֹּל דְּיֵעִבַּר תְּחוֹת חֻטְרָא עֲשִׂירָאָה יְהֵי קַדִּישׁ קֳדָם יְיָ: (לג) לָא יְבַקַּר בֵּין טַב לְבִישׁ וְלָא יְחַלְּפִנֵּיהּ וְאִם חַלָּפָא יְחַלְּפִנֵּיהּ וִיהֵי הוּא וְחִלּוּפֵיהּ יְהֵי קוּדְשָׁא לָא יִתְפָּרָק: (לד) אִלֵּין פִּקּוֹדַיָּא דִּי פַקִּיד יְיָ יָת משֶׁה לְוָת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּטוּרָא דְּסִינָי:
29. Every condemned[1] (person) who will be condemned from man[2] may not be redeemed; he shall surely be executed.[3] 30. All tithe of the land, from seed of the land (and) from fruits[4] of the tree, it is Hashem’s; it is holy before Hashem. 31. If a person will redeem from his tithe, he shall add its fifth to it. 32. And all tithe(s) of cattle and sheep, everything that passes under the (shepherd’s) staff, (every) tenth (animal) will be holy before Hashem. 33. Do not inspect between good and bad and do not substitute for it. If one does substitute for it, then it and its substitute will (both) be holy; it can’t be redeemed. 34 These are the commandments that Hashem commanded Moshe for[5] the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
