2,736. "Like the Vows of the Evil"
Hilchos Nedarim 1:24
If he tells the other person, “I am ostracized from you not to eat of yours,” he may not eat but if he does, he isn’t liable to lashes. If he says, “I have strayed from you,” he may not benefit from the other person.
Hilchos Nedarim 1:25
Let’s say that one person tells another, “Let it be to me like the vows of the evil who make nazirite vows, vows for offerings and oaths if I eat of yours.” If he eats, he is liable for all of these. Similarly, let’s say that he says, “Let it be to me like the pledges of the upright who make nazirite pledges and donations for offerings if I eat of yours.” If he eats, he’s liable.
