Kesubos 4:10-11
Kesubos 4:10
If a man did not write in the kesubah that sons the couple would have together would inherit the value of their mother’s kesubah along with the inheritance that they divide with other brothers, he is nevertheless so obligated because that’s the rule that the courts enacted.
Kesubos 4:11
If he did not specify in the kesubah that daughters the couple would have would live in his home and be supported from his property until they become betrothed, he is nevertheless so obligated because that’s the rule that the courts made.
