Kesubos 7:2
If a man confirms his wife’s vow prohibiting her from eating a certain type of fruit, he must divorce her and pay her the value of her kesubah. Rabbi Yehuda says that a Yisroel (Israelite) may keep her if the vow is for a day but must divorce her and pay the kesubah if it is for two days; a kohein may keep her if the vow is for two days but must divorce her and pay the kesubah if it is for three days.
Kesubos 7:3
If a man confirms his wife’s vow prohibiting her from wearing a certain kind of cosmetic, he must divorce her and pay her the value of her kesubah. Rabbi Yosi says that in the case of needy couples, he must divorce her if he did not specify a time limit for his vow; in the case of wealthy couples, the limit is 30 days.
