2,445. Nullifying Rabbinic Prohibitions Intentionally

Maachalos Assuros 15:26

Pursuant to the previous halacha, if a seah of orlah falls into 100 seah, the whole thing is prohibited. One may not bring another 100 seah and throw that in so that the orlah is then nullified in the ratio of 200:1. However, if one violates the law and does so, the mixture is rendered permitted. When it comes to a rabbinic prohibition, we may intentionally nullify something prohibited.

Maachalos Assuros 15:27

Pursuant to the previous halacha, if milk fell into a pot of poultry and imparts its flavor, one may add more poultry to the pot until the taste can’t be detected. The same is true in all comparable cases.
