2,067. A Minor Who Married and Then Became a Naarah

Hilchos Issurei Biah 5:21

Pursuant to the previous halacha, a minor is permitted to continue engaging in intimacy until her wound heals even if it doesn’t heal for an entire year. The couple may be intimate either on non-consecutive days or one day after the next.

Hilchos Issurei Biah 5:22

Let’s say that a girl got married while still a minor and she became a naarah while married to her husband. If the blood of her wound is still flowing, all the times they were intimate while she was a minor are considered like one night and she is permitted to complete the four days allotted to her as a naarah. This is true even if the three additional days she is given as a naarah are non-consecutive, such as if the couple was intimate one night every two months, so long the wound has not yet healed.
