2,040. A Betrothed Naarah Who Commits Adultery Many Times

Hilchos Issurei Biah 3:6

If ten different men were to be intimate with a betrothed virgin naarah living in her father’s home, the first would be executed by stoning and the rest by strangulation. This is the case when they engaged in “regular” (i.e., vaginal) relations. If they engaged in “irregular” relations, then she is still a virgin and all ten would be executed by stoning.

Hilchos Issurei Biah 3:7

If a betrothed naarah is a freed slave or a convert, then the adulterer is executed by strangulation like any other married woman. This is the case even if she was freed or converted before reaching three years of age.
