Yibum v’Chalitzah 8:13

By following the aforementioned parameters, authorities will be able to understand and rule in any case of doubt that may arise vis-à-vis yibum and chalitzah, as we have explained all the fundamental principles. One who masters these rules will know which couples should perform chalitzah, which should perform yibum, who is not obligated to perform either and which couples are qualified to perform yibum. This concludes the laws of yibum and chalitzah.

Naarah Besulah 1:1

If a man seduces a minor virgin, he must pay 50 sela of pure silver as a fine; the same fine applies if one rapes a minor virgin. This fine is a positive command of the Torah as per Deuteronomy 22:29, “The one who violated her must pay the girl’s father 50 silver pieces.” (The father receives the fine because, as stated, the girl in this scenario is a minor.)
