1,768. If the Husband Has Proof That The Get Was Forged

Hilchos Geirushin 7:9

If an agent said that a get was written and signed in his presence but the husband brought proof that it was forged, then the get is invalidated. This is because the Sages only accepted the testimony of one person against a husband’s protest that was not accompanied by proof. If his testimony is contradicted by witnesses, his words are not accepted.
