1,685. A Kohein vs. a Yisroel

Hilchos Ishus 24:21

The aforementioned laws pertaining to adultery and sexual assault apply when a woman is married to a Yisroel (an Israelite). If the wife of a kohein has sexual relations with another man, even unwittingly or against her will, she is rendered prohibited to her husband. This will be explained further, IY”H, when we come to Hilchos Issurei Biah (the laws of prohibited relations).

Hilchos Ishus 24:22

If a woman is sexually coerced, whether she is the wife of a Yisroel or a kohein, she is still entitled to the value of her kesubah, both the baseline amount and the additional sum. A kohein is compelled to pay his wife the value of her kesubah and then to divorce her.
