148. Y’hi Ratzon

23:27 On Mondays and Thursdays, after the Torah has been raised, the shaliach tzibbur says the prayer “Y’hi ratzon...” (He need not wait until the Torah is finished being rolled – Mishnah Brurah 147:22.) The congregation should listen and respond with “Amen.” On days when Tachanun is not said, the “Y’hi ratzo” is also not recited. 23:28 After this, the Torah is returned the aron.
