1,570. When a Wife One Must Divorce is Taken Captive
Hilchos Ishus 14:20

Hilchos Ishus 14:21
If a man obligates his wife by a vow that necessitates that he divorce her and pay her the value of her kesubah, and she is taken captive after obligating her through this vow, then he is not required to ransom her. This is because he was required to divorce her as of the time he took the vow affecting her.
