Hilchos Ishus 13:8
Let’s say that a husband takes a vow prohibiting his wife from wearing any ornaments. If the couple is poor, they may remain married with the vow in effect for one year; longer than that, he must either have the vow permitted or divorce his wife and pay her the value of her kesubah. If the couple is well-off, they may remain married with the vow in effect for one month; longer than that, he must either have the vow permitted or divorce his wife and pay her the value of her kesubah.
Hilchos Ishus 13:9

In such a case, they may remain married with the vow in effect for one week in a large city or for two weeks in a village. If he takes a vow prohibiting her from wearing shoes, they may remain married with the vow in effect for three days in a village or for one day in a large city. Longer than that, he must either have the vow permitted or divorce his wife and pay her the value of her kesubah.
