Hilchos Ishus 11:17

If the husband wants to remain married after causing his wife to lose the baseline amount of the kesubah, he must write her a new kesubah in the amount of 100 zuz. This is because a man is not permitted to live with his wife even for a moment without a kesubah, as has already been discussed.

Hilchos Ishus 12:1

When a man marries a woman, whether she is a virgin or not, an adult or a minor, born Jewish, converted or freed from servitude, the husband becomes responsible to her in ten ways and he receives four privileges.
