1,522. Reciting the Brachos Over a Cup of Wine
Hilchos Ishus 10:4
If wine is available, a cup should be brought and the bracha for the wine is recited first, followed by the six brachos described in halacha 10:3. Therefore, a total of seven brachos are recited over this cup. In some places, there is a custom to bring a myrtle branch with the wine. The bracha over smelling the myrtle is recited after the bracha for the wine, followed by the six marriage brachos.
Hilchos Ishus 10:5
The marriage brachos are only recited in the presence of a minyan of ten free, adult males. The groom counts towards the minyan.
