534. 100 Brachos; Sleep on Shabbos
77:22 It is a mitzvah on Shabbos to enjoy many fruits, delicacies, and fragrances in order to complete one's daily recitation of one hundred brachos. It is likewise a mitzvah to enjoy oneself with whatever pleases him as per Isaiah 58:13, “And you shall call Shabbos a delight.”
77:23 If one is accustomed to sleep after the morning meal, he should do so. One may not, however, sleep with the intention that he is resting up for some post-Shabbos activity. (Nor should one sleep more than necessary in order not to take time away from his Torah study - Mishnah Brurah 290:3.)
