רני ושמחי בת ציון כי הנני בא ושכנתי בתוכך נאום ה' - זכריה ב:יד
The numerical value of יד is 14, corresponding to its 14 parts. With the palm, the total is 15 for one hand and 30 for both hands, corresponding to the name of Hashem that will be used in the future י-ה-י-ה - as it says "ביום ההוא יהיה ה' אחד" (Zechariah 9:14). Now, Hashem's name is incomplete (see Shemot 17:16)
This is the meaning of ושכנתי בתוכך - I (Hashem) will dwell בתוך כ - in your כף (hand)
