Hashem shows Zechariah that though the Second Beit HaMikdash is built it is destined to be destroyed. Why will it be destroyed? מדה כנגד מדה.
The vision of the flying scroll (מגילה עפה) that measured 20x10 amot - the same size as the Mishkan!
The vision of the איפה with a רשעה inside it and the lead weight. The evil one inside will "measure out punishment" מדה כנגד מדה.
