The warnings in Parshat Bechukotai are in anticipation of the upcoming change - Bnei Yisrael are (supposed to) about to enter Eretz Yisrael. Similarly, the warnings in Ki Tavo are in anticipation of the actual entry into Eretz Yisrael.
The Ramban says that the tochacha in Bechukotai is prophecy about Churban Bayit Rishon; the tochacha in Ki Tavo is prophecy about Churban Bayit Sheni.
Why is there a need for two tochachot?
The word קרי is repeated many times. What does it mean? What is the significance?
