Hilchos Taaniyos 4:12

For the fifth of the six added brachos, the shaliach tzibbur concludes, “May the One Who answered Yonah in the bowels of the fish answer you and hear the sound of your cry today. Blessed are You, Hashem, Who answers in times of trouble.”

Hilchos Taaniyos 4:13

For the sixth of these brachos, he concludes, “May the One Who answered Dovid and his son Shlomo in Jerusalem answer you and hear the sound of your cry today. Blessed are You, Hashem, Who has mercy on the land.” The people respond “amen” after each of these brachos just as “amen” is the response after every bracha.
