Hilchos Taaniyos 4:10

For the third of the six added brachos, the shaliach tzibbur concludes, “May the One Who answered Shmuel at Mitzpeh answer you and hear the sound of your cry today. Blessed are You, Hashem, Who hears cries.”

Hilchos Taaniyos 4:11

For the fourth of these brachos, he concludes, “May the One Who answered Eliyahu on Mount Carmel answer you and hear the sound of your cry today. Blessed are You, Hashem, Who hears prayer.”
