If someone goes to live in a different chatzer for Shabbos and specifies he does not intend to return until after Shabbos but ends up returning on Shabbos he doesn't ruin the eruv chatzerot.
If a person has an apartment elsewhere but also in the chatzer and passes away over Shabbos and the inheritor lives in the same chatzer.
