When Hashem tests a person, it is for the benefit of the tester, to bring out otherwise dormant qualities.

On Pesach we emphasize the question-answer process because it is a fundamental part of the learning process, a process which should be a lifelong endeavor.

Chametz is the result of inaction, if nothing is done to the flour once it comes in contact with water the dough will become chametz. To keep the dough unleavened requires work.
