Was it Moral to Plunder Egypt?

Is God’s consolation to Avraham for the Egyptian persecution and infanticide that they will leave with great wealth? Is it possible that the great moment, the first time in history that a people walks out of slavery with the Hand of God is coupled with “you will leave with a lot of money”? It was said to Moshe several times, why the emphasis?

Why does God implore Moshe to have the Jews ask, He doesn’t implore them when it comes to fulfilling commandments?

Avraham took "רכוש" with him when he left for Canaan. רכוש is something one earned, not something received as a gift. When the Jews asked for רכוש they were turning their years of servitude into employment; it helped rid them of their slave mentality.
