Chavakuk #6 (Chapter Two)

In chapter one Chavakuk asks Hashem why the wicked prosper and in chapter two Hashem gives him two answers - a long-term answer (עוד חזון למועד) and that Bavel won't last a long time. The Malbim on why Bavel was destroyed.
