What does עול תורה (literally the yoke of Torah) mean? When we accept upon ourselves not just to follow the Torah when it's easy but even when it's inconvenient or even difficult. We recognize that in the end we are given the mitzvot for our good ("לטוב לנו כל הימים" - Devarim 6:24)
