Three People Who Eat Without Discussing Torah

Avot 3:3

Abravanel: The third chapter of Avot begins with ways to avoid sin - intellect (mishna 1), speech (mishna 2), and action (mishna 3). This mishna teaches that you can be involved in innocuous actions (e.g. eating) and still, if not accompanied by Torah it can turn into idolatrous-like behavior and with Torah it can be as if you are eating at G-d's table.

How is the table similar to a mizbeach (G-d's table)?
