Esther 10:3
כִּי מָרְדֳּכַי הַיְּהוּדִי מִשְׁנֶה לַמֶּלֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵרוֹשׁ וְגָדוֹל לַיְּהוּדִים וְרָצוּי לְרֹב אֶחָיו דֹּרֵשׁ טוֹב לְעַמּוֹ וְדֹבֵר שָׁלוֹם לְכָל-זַרְעוֹ
Mordechai the Jew was second to King Ahasuerus and great among the Jews, accepted by most of his brethren, seeking good for his people and speaking peace to all their descendants.
“Accepted by MOST of his brethren?” After all he did, Mordechai was only approved of by MOST of the Jews? The Ibn Ezra explains that nobody ever has a 100% approval rating. Even the greatest person in the world will fall short of total acceptance because, if nothing else, jealous people will begrudge him his success.
