The Awesome Power of a Single Letter in Torah

Right after Bnot Tzelafchad, Moshe is told to go up the mountain and view the land. Hashem says to Moshe: וראיתה אותה. Why is there an extra "ה" in the word וראיתה?

This parsha appears two other times, in Va'etchanan and in Haazinu. The three times parallel our three entries into the Land of Israel and the 3 forefathers.
