Isaiah 27:13
וְהָיָה בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יִתָּקַע בְּשׁוֹפָר גָּדוֹל וּבָאוּ הָאֹבְדִים בְּאֶרֶץ אַשּׁוּר וְהַנִּדָּחִים בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם וְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַה' בְּהַר הַקֹּדֶשׁ בִּירוּשָׁלִָם
It will be on that day that a great shofar will be blown; and those who were lost in the land of Assyria and dispersed in the land of Egypt will come, and they will bow down to G-d on the holy mountain in Jerusalem.
Continuing the Shofros recited on Rosh Hashana, this verse refers to both the Ten Tribes, who were lost in Assyria, and the rest of the Jews. The Radak tells us that those who were “dispersed” – as opposed to “lost” – refers to the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin who were exiled, returned after 70 years, and were later exiled a second time. The “holy mountain,” of course, is the Temple Mount.
