MB3 118a Bolting a Door on Shabbos (313:1-2)

לעילוי נשמת יוסף ניסן בן יחזקאל ע"ה, Rabbi Glatt's father

Using a bolt that is attached to the ground to lock a door. Has to have a rope that connects it to the door. Machshava not enough. What defines it has being tied to the door? What if bolt is attached to the door itself? What if it has a גלוסטרא?

A bolt that goes into a threshold but not deep enough to the ground itself

What if you make a handle on the bolt itself (which makes it look like a kli), not מחזי כבונה and you demonstrate it's a kli
