R. Moshe Arirah on When a Will is Not Contestable (27 Adar)

שו"ת מהר"ם איררה פו 27 Adar 5712 (1952)

R. Moshe Arirah, born in Salonika in 1878, but eventually the head of the Rabbinic Court in Tel Aviv, rules on a will from 1952. Relatives of the deceased argued that it should be invalidated for a bunch of reasons. Who would win, them or the orphanage she ordered set up with the funds from her estate?
