Halacha prohibits a new mother from marrying. In the Gemara, that was out of a worry that her marriage would adversely affect a nursing baby. When the marriage is clearly for the better of all family members, how will R. Ovadya Yosef find a way to permit a woman to marry despite having a one year old?
