Brachos 8:14

The bracha that includes the three themes of bentching that is recited over the five species of fruit and over wine is the same as the one that recited over grain products except that for fruit the text is “for the trees, for the fruit of the trees, for the produce of the field and for the desirable land....” For wine, the text is “for the vine, for the fruit of the vine....” For both of these things, the conclusion of the bracha is “for the land and for the fruits.” In Israel, one says “for the land and for its fruits.” Some add before the conclusion, “Because You, God, are good and do good,” corresponding to the fourth bracha of bentching but there is a position that the fourth bracha was only instituted for bentching (and not for the one bracha with three themes).

Brachos 8:15

If someone drinks wine, eats dates, and eats a cooked food of grain, he should recites one concluding bracha: Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the universe, for that which keeps us alive and sustains us, for the vines and the fruit of the vine, for the trees and for the fruit of the trees, for the produce of the field, and for the desirable land....” He concludes, “Blessed are You, Hashem, for the land, for the sustenance, and for the fruits.”
