Tefillah u’Birkas Kohanim 13:5

Tefillah u’Birkas Kohanim 13:6

The last eight verses of the Torah may be read publicly with less than a minyan present. They are indeed part of the Torah and were dictated to Moshe from G-d. However, since they appear to have been dictated after Moshe’s death, the rules for these verses are a little different and an individual may read them.
