Tefillah u’Birkas Kohanim 4:12

If a person absolutely must break wind during davening, he should walk back four cubits (about six feet), do so, then wait for it to pass. He then says, “Master of the entire world, You created us with many orifices and passages. Our shame and embarrassment is obvious and known to You. Shame and embarrassment in our lives, worms and decay in our deaths.” He then goes back to where he was and resumes davening.

Tefillah u’Birkas Kohanim 4:13

If urine drips on a person's leg during Shemoneh Esrei, he should wait for it to stop, then resume davening where he left off. If he waited the length of time that it would take him to finish Shemoneh Esrei, he must go back to the beginning.
