If an examination cloth was put under a pillow and blood was found on it, Rabbi Elazar bar Rabbi Tzadok says that a round stain is ritually clean and a long stain is ritually unclean.

Niddah 9:1

Let’s say that a woman emptied her bladder and saw blood. Rabbi Meir says if she was standing, she’s ritually unclean, but if she was sitting, she’s clean. Rabbi Yosi says she’s clean in either event.
