Niddah 6:3

Whatever is subject to midras impurity (from being sat on by a zav) is subject to corpse impurity but things that are subject to corpse impurity are not necessarily subject to midras impurity.

Niddah 6:4

Whoever is qualified to judge capital cases is certainly qualified to judge civil cases but a person can be qualified to judge civil cases to the exclusion of capital cases. Whoever is qualified to judge is qualified to testify but one can be qualified to testify without being qualified to judge.
