130. Not Appearing Idolatrous
Avodas Kochavim 3:7
If a person gets a splinter in his foot while he’s in front of an idol, he should not bend down to remove it because then it will appear as if he is bowing down to the idol. If his money gets scattered in front of an idol, he should not bend down to pick it up because then it will appear as if he is bowing down to the idol. Rather, he should sit on the ground and pick it up.
Avodas Kochavim 3:8
One should not place his mouth on the mouths of statues that serve as fountains in order to drink when they are located in front of idols because it will look like he is kissing the deity meant to be represented by the idol.
