1,332. Bentching in the Shiva House
207:7 We are no longer accustomed to recite the prayer for mourners in bentching (grace after meals), relying on the opinion that this prayer was only instituted for bentching with a minyan.
208:1 These are the things that a mourner is not permitted to do during shiva: working, washing, anointing, wearing (leather) shoes, and engaging in marital relations. He is not permitted to study Torah, to greet people, to wear freshly-laundered clothes, to get a haircut, or to attend any type of celebration. He may not wear tefillin on the first day of shiva.
