1,320. A Married Woman in Mourning
205:3 If a married woman became a mourner, she is not permitted to eat the first meal from her husband. Since he is obligated to feed her, it's like her own food. Similarly, if a hired worker whose wages include meals becomes a mourner, he may not eat the first meal of shiva of his employer's food. However, if a person supports an orphan or his own grown child without any conditions, then if any of these became a mourner, they may eat of his food since it's not considered their own.
205:4 Men should not bring the seudas havra'ah to a woman; rather women should do it.
