Isaiah 51:13
You forgot Hashem, your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the Earth, and you fear continually all day because of the fury of the oppressor as he gets ready to destroy. Now where is the fury of the oppressor?
The Radak explains the references to G-d as Creator. Had the Jews remembered Him as the Maker of both mankind and the universe, they would have realized that He has more than sufficient power to overcome any mortal foe.
