If the labor of produce has been completed and night falls on Friday, the produce becomes obligated in tithes; they may not be eaten even after Shabbos until tithes are taken.

Hilchos Maaser 5:21

If children stash figs for Shabbos and forget to tithe them, the figs may not be eaten after Shabbos until tithes are taken.
