3,301. Not Eating Rabbinic Terumah

Terumos 8:12

All of the relationships in this chapter that do not enable a woman to eat Biblical-level terumah also do not enable her to eat Rabbinic-level terumah. This is a preventive measure out of concern that they might be given Biblical-level terumah.

Terumos 8:13

The following don’t disqualify a woman from eating terumah, nor do they qualify her to do so: a rapist, a seducer, and a man lacking mental competence who marries her. This is only the case if they are not inherently prohibited relations; if they are, then they disqualify her by rendering her a zonah (in its technical sense) or a chalalah, as we have already discussed.
